Programming note: The new weekday show, Now with Alex Wagner, to start on MSNBC on Monday at 19:00.

As I told you RIGHT HERE at the beginning of the month, MSNBC (TopTV 410) just announced that a new weekday show, Now with Alex Wagner, will start on the news channel this Monday, 14 November at 19:00 (South African time).

''Now with Alex Wagner will feature regular contributors and panelists to provide insight and perspective, giving viewers a broad understanding of what's shaping the political and cultural landscape,'' says MSNBC in a press release, saying the show will ''go beyond the headlines to examine the forces driving the day's stories in politics, news and culture.''

Alex Wagner's first guests on Monday will be Dan Rather, Maggie Haberman of Politico, John Heilemann of New York Magazine, and MSNBC's Rev. Al Sharpton.
