BREAKING. Vuzu to break up the two hour Smallville 10th season and series finale over two consecutive weeks in June.

You're reading it here first.

I can exclusively reveal that although the 10th season series finale of Smallville that will be broadcast this Friday in America will be a special two hour double episode, South African viewers will not be seeing it like this, with the Smallville finale split up over two weeks in June.

Earlier in the week Vuzu (DStv 123) still wasn't sure about how it will be handling and broadcasting the Smallville finale - insiders tell TV with Thinus Vuzu in fact wasn't aware that the Smallville series finale concluding the show after its decade run this Friday in America was a two hour special comprising two hourlong episodes subtitled ''Finale'' part one and part two.

Vuzu execs have now pondered the Smallville ''problem'' and have decided not to alter the Vuzu schedule. It means that the mega-finale will be split into two part and run over two weeks as two separate hours over two weeks. Part one of the Smallville finale will be on Vuzu on Sunday 5 June at 17:00 with the second and last hour on the following Sunday, 12 June at 17:00.

Smallville's 10th season finale and series finale features a wedding of Clark Kent and Lois Lane, the return of Clark's dad Jonathan, the return of Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor and many other surprises.
