Discovery's Science (TopTV 302) has ordered further seasons of popular shows that were announced at the network's Upfront at the Lincoln Center in New York.
Science (the channel's logo is changing in America, but I asked and it won't be changing for Europe and Africa for the time being) has renewed How it's Made for an 11th season, Meteorite Men for a 3rd season, Idoit Abroad: The Bucket List for a 2nd season, Mantracker for a 6th season and the popular Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman for a 3rd season.
Science also ordered some brand-new shows South African viewers should see in due course. These include Prophets of Science Fiction (8 one hour episodes with presenter Ridley Scott who reveals the secrets of science fiction's founding fathers such as Isaac Asimov, Gene Roddenberry and others), Agent of Invention (a man making backyard inventor's dreams come true), Will Wright Future Project (a gaming genius Will Wright goes back and forth in time to see the effects of important events in our collective history) and Weird Travel (some of the strangest subcultures found anywhere).
