Brooke Anderson we hardly knew ya. The Showbiz Tonight co-presenter Brooke Anderson is leaving the daily entertainment news show that South African viewers can see at 17:00 on Star! (TopTV 179) (repeat 07:30).
Brooke Anderson (32) based in Los Angeles, will be joining The Insider, another more tabloid-centric daily entertainment news show in America from May. The Insider is the sister show to the venerable Entertainment Tonight that South African viewers will get to see from June on SABC3.
''I'm a huge fan of Brooke Anderson both professionally and personally,'' says Linda Blue Bell, the executive producer of Entertainment Tonight and The Insider in a statement. ''I've admired her work and am thrilled that the's joining our Insider family.''
Brooke Anderson will still be Showbiz Tonight's anchor for the upcoming Royal Wedding on Friday 29 April and will be reporting from London from Monday 25 April for the Royal Wedding.
