Executive shape-up at Universal Networks International, Roma Khanna quits, Kevin MacLellan takes over international television.

Kevin MacLellan has been named president of international television at Universal Networks International that runs NBCU's overseas channels like the Universal Channel (DStv 109) in South Africa.

That comes after Roma Khanna has quit as president of Universal Networks International. Kevin MacLellan who's based in Los Angeles will now move to London as he oversees sales, networks and production. Belinda Menendez, who's been appointed as president of NBCU International Television distribution and Universal Networks International is also moving from LA to London. Rowan Conn will become the new chief financial officer.

''I'm very optimistic about NBCUniversal's continued expansion into the international market, where I believe there are many opportunities. Our structure and talent position us strongly for significant future growth,'' says Jeff Shell, president of NBCUniversal International in a press release detailing the executive changes.
