BREAKING. Super producer Mfundi Vundla dumps SABC1's Class Act after signing on as the new judge; reality show keeps quiet.

In a highly embarrassing move super producer Mfundi Vundla who said yes to be the new judge, then started, and then suddenly pulled out, has dumped SABC1's Class Act reality show that's keeping quiet about it and is ill-prepared for the unforeseen loss of him as judge.

Mfundi Vundla that joined Class Act as the new judge for the second season currently filming the important initial nationwide audition episodes across South Africa, apparently decided he doesn't have time for the show that's produced by Curious Pictures and which will start on Saturday, 23 April at 18:30 on SABC1. Tonight was first to report the news, saying that the executive producer of Generations ''underestimated the strain the job would entail, especially with having to travel nationwide for the auditions''.

The show has made no announcement about Mfundi Vundla's abrupt departure from the show, or replacement plans. It seems as if revolving guest judges will now be roped in at incredibly short notice like Lelethi Khumalo who suddenly showed up at the Durban auditions. It's still unclear what will happen after the nationwide audition rounds when a fixed third judge is needed since contestants will need to be judged consistently on their performances by the same group of people.
