Programming note: Michelle Garforth-Venter and Riaan Venter branching out with further green TV in Greenline for SABC3.

Michelle Garforth-Venter and hubby Riaan Venter known as the Nutsman are definitely ''branching out'' so to speak in green TV - they just added another TV show with an environmentally friendly focus in the new Greenline on SABC3.

Greenline that will look at green consumerism issues and with a ''green living'' lifestyle slant, will debut on SABC3 on Sunday, 20 February at 16:00 for 26 episodes with Michelle Garforth-Venter and Riaan Venter as presenters, as well as Luthuli Dlamini and Max Thongani.

Greenline will tacle practical recycling and environmentally friendly DIY issues, and give consumer advice on ''green'' shopping. ''We will be doing all the research and ground work on the so-called green products out there, cutting away all the layers and finding out which products are truly green to the core,'' says Luthuli Dlamini in a press release. ''Many people want to start living a green life but are confused by the avalanche of information being presented to South African consumers which is very conflicting and many companies mask themselves with a 'green exterior' without being 100% green compliant,'' says Michelle Garforth-Venter.

Greenline is the third environment focused TV show for Michelle Garforth-Venter, following her nature show Wild Ltd. currently on SABC2 and then their reality eco-friendly home building show Love & Mortar on The Home Channel (DStv 182).
