The first episode of Fresh and Simple with Vicky Crease will for instance find the cook and caterer extraordinaire whipping up a stunning summer dinner for two (baked Salmon with lemon Pistachio butter, asparagus and mustard mash) and a chocolate tart for dessert with roasted hazelnuts and mixed berries.
