The half hour monthly show will do profile inserts of some of the continent's sporting icons who a reless well known, but still as relentless in their pursuit of sporting excellence. Heroes TV is produced by Invisible Cactus Entertainment which promises breathless footage.
''The series will literally be a type of Transworld of Africa,” says Richard Edy, director. ''Most of the non main stream sporting codes such as free diving, skim-boarding and free climbing are rich in heritage and culture as well as entertaining and are certainly worthy of exposure.''
