The National Geographic Channel (DStv 260) has renewed 3 popular shows.
Expedition Great White from Fisher Prods., Locked Up Abroad from Raw TV and Taboo from Beyond Entertainment which are all seen in South Africa, have all been renewed.
Meanwhile the National Geographic Channel has invested in new specials it plans to broadcast soon. The 3 part documentary series The Brain will be shown in 2011, along with The Oldest Child, an archeologist-led exploration into the origins of the modern human race.
Then there's also Space Tourism, The Real Hurt Locker, Iceland Volcano Eruption-Follow Up and two new editions of CIA Confidential that viewers can look forward to in 2011.
