You're reading it here first.

I can be first to tell you that there's still one more change for reality show fame this year - yes, this year - with one last set of reality television auditions taking place first in Johannesburg and then in Cape Town for the make-over show Pauper 2 Princess.

Pauper 2 Princess, previously called Pauper to Princess moved production from America to South Africa after this unbelievable incident and I can be first to spill that filming is set to in Cape Town on January 4, 2011 for eight weeks when all the girls will live together in the same house. Auditions for Pauper 2 Princess, a reality show for women between 18 and 24 that hopes to transform them from frumpy to fantastic, will kick off in Johannesburg this Friday and Saturday. Pauper 2 Princess' auditions will start this Friday and Saturday 12 and 13 November at the Dawnview High School, 70 Association Road, Dawnview, Germiston from 10:00 to 17:00. Cape Town auditions will follow.

''We are looking for all girls between the ages of 18 and 24 that dreams of becoming a princess,'' says Marc Brilleman, writer and director of Pauper 2 Princess. ''They must consider themselves to be in the pauper image and know that we will dig into their backgrounds as a tool of motivating them.''

''South African viewers can look forward to a highly entertaining and inspirational reality show in the form of Pauper 2 Princess,'' says producer Liezel Davids who've worked on reality shows such as Idols and Big Brother. Contestants will live in one house and be given various tasks ranging from modeling and etiquette challenges to attending cultural events like the opera.
