Karabo Motlane who was the CEO of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) has quit after his five year contract with the authority concluded at the end of August.
Montseng Mopeli, the general manager for human resources, is now the acting CEO in the place of Karabo Motlane until Icasa makes a permanent new CEO appointment.
