M-Net is set to film a new season of the local reality show Survivor South Africa which will be done in the Maldives before the end of the year.
After the celebrity version of Survivor SA Santa Carolina that was filmed in December 2009, any South Africans older than 21 will be able to enter for this version. M-Net will reveal more during the second Idols episode on Sunday at 17:30. Contestants will have to ''impress'' the producers ''in a surprising way,'' says the pay broadcaster.
Nico Panagio will once again be the host for Survivor SA a second time.
