BREAKING. The super sh*tty situation of the BBC World News' port-a-potty Cape Town studio.

Apparently BBC World News (DStv 400 / TopTV 400) has a horrible Cape Town studio at the Somerset hospital from where the Beep is doing their main 2010 FIFA World Cup coverage in South Africa - a sad setup that includes one quite, super sh*tty situation: port-a-potties!

I've been requesting a possible set visit to the BBC World News studio for weeks since before the 2010 FIFA World Cup started. While SuperSport and the SABC were all quite gracious to showcase their studios, the BBC World News were tepid with any assistance. Is this why? According to The Daily Mirror ''experts, presenters and backroom staff all have to share three portable loos located in the car park'' at the BBC World News studio at the Somerset hospital. They also have to use a ''treacherous service lift'' to get to the studio, and in the tiny ''canteen'' even the hot water urn is broken. What a mess.
