BREAKING. CNN International telethon ''Disaster in the Gulf'' shown on Tuesday to help victims of the ongoing Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
A special two hour edition of Larry King Live will be going out on Tuesday, 22 June at 11:00 South African time on CNN International (DStv 401) as part of a CNN telethon to help raise funds for victims of the ongoing oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
I can confirm that CNN International will be showing the two hour telethon in the rest of the world. CNN International has devoted a large amount of live coverage this past week to the ongoing tragedy. Celebrities who have agreed to appear in the Disaster in the Gulf: How you can Help telethon include Justin Bieber, Ted Danson, Cameron Diaz, Kathy Griffin, Alyssa Milano, Victoria Principal, Robert Redford, Ian Somerhalder and Ivanka Trump amongst others. Sting will sing.
CNN's Anderson Cooper, Soledad O'Brien, Kyra Phillips and Rob Marciano will give live updates and news from the Gulf of Mexico during the two hour telethon from various areas across the affected region.
