BREAKING. With ongoing subscriber deluge, TopTV is set to tripple it call centre and customer care capacity; still battling with ''thousands of calls per day''.

I can exclusively reveal that On Digital Media (ODM) is set to tripple its TopTV call centre and customer care capacity by the end of the week.

Sources tell me that TopTV which has been inundated by subscriber calling to activate their decoders and to request an installer as well as people interested in more information, will again upsize their call centre capacity by the end of this week. I was first RIGHT HERE this past Monday to tell you that TopTV has doubled their call centre capacity who now plans to tripple it by this Friday.

I'm told basically nobody went home over the weekend as the TopTV customer care and call centre division stayed in to train almost 200 people who will go to work the phones from the end of this week. Meanwhile another source at TopTV is spilling that the TopTV customer care call number at 08600 86788 is ''still raking in thousands of calls per day. The number of calls have gone down, but not by much - it's still absolutely crazy,'' says my source. ''It's still thousands.''
