M-Net will have some explaining to do today to outraged fans of American Idol and viewers who were sitting through Sunday's five hour show of American Idol on M-Net were subjected to a massively messed-up episode with unexplained repeats in it and no results show.
M-Net botched yesterday's massive broadcast by suddenly starting to repeat sections of what has been showed earlier during the day, gave no explanation as to why it's happening or what the broadcaster will be doing to correct it, and had no results show at the end.
M-Net started showing American Idol with the girls performing at 14:00 and two hours later at 16:00 the boys performing for two hours. Then suddenly at 18:00 when the results and elimination show was supposed to start bits of the girls performance started to repeat again with no elimination show.
''We are aware that this is the incorrect episode and apologize for the inconveniece'' is all that M-Net managed to flash on TV screens during American Idol but kept going with the broadcast regardless until Carte Blanche started at 19:00.
