CNN International live from Cape Town on Thursday, covering Madiba's 20th anniversary prison release.

CNN International (DStv 401) will be marking the 20th anniversary of the release of Nelson Mandela this Thursday with a live broadcast from Cape Town and a breakfast with Winnie Madikizela Mandela, as well as a special edition of the weekly magazine show Inside Africa on Saturday.

On Thursday morning from 07:00 CNN International will be live from Cape Town with TV journalist Nkepile Mabuse who will be having breakfast with Winnie Madikizela Mandela at the Victor Verster prison from where Nelson Mandela emerged 20 years ago. at 12:30 Nkepile Mabuse will be doing more live interviews during a planned march. CNN International will also be at parliament for the commemoration of Nelson Mandela's release and president Jacob Zuma's state of the nation address.

Inside Africa on Saturday at 18:00 (repeat Sunday at 14:30) will be a dedicated program and have interviews with many of the key players, including Archbishop Desmond Tutu and F.W. de Klerk. Inside Africa presenter Isha Sessay will be speaking to CNN's Jonathan Mann, on his reflections from covering the event 20 years ago.
