I've waded through all the pages of the latest financial year report that the SABC released.
Here's some interesting facts and statistics:
* The SABC added 644 253 new accounts SABC TV licence holders.
* The SABC admits that it's struggling to find expert TV presenters and engineers, and have lost many of them to competitor TV channels.
* The SABC admits that it's struggling to find executive producers and journalists (especially business journalists) who want to work at the public broadcaster.
* The SABC employs 3 524 people on a full time basis.
* Of the people working at the SABC, 63,5% is black, 22,5% white, 8,6% coloured and 5,3% Indian.
* The SABC's head office in Aucklandpark had 36 485 visitors during the year.
