Paulette Tshiredo, head of the SABC's formal education unit has died.
It appears that she has been killed in what was a domestic assault.
She joined the SABC in August, 1995 and was soon promoted to education project manager. ''Her death is a great loss,'' says Simon Molaudzi, SABC Education's general manager.
