The South African viewers of The Oprah Winfrey Show is obviously still as much in love with the talk show queen as ever. I broke the news first about her impending visit to South Africa and her ''You Have the Power'' Event here, first. She will be talking to people on 30 November at an as yet undisclosed location in Johannesburg on 30 November.
At some places people were queuing from 08:00 trying to get a ticket from Computicket.
''The event have been sold out in a record time of just four minutes,'' says O Magazine editor Samantha Page. ''We knew that the tickets were going to sell out very quickly and we are very happy for those O readers who managed to get one. We look forward to hosting Ms Winfrey and those readers who managed to get tickets,'' she says.
