I've just finished reading through the list of just names and did some research. Some of the people nominated include opera singer Mimi Coertse, IT billionaire Mark Shuttleworth, Barry Ronge and Tim Modise.
Several other media elite appear.
Government will start to sift through the names from September to make appointments since the interim board's mandate expires at the end of December.
