Flooded Sky News forces Eamonn Holmes and the Sunrise team to flee to the more formal Sky News desk for their breakfast show.


This morning Sky News' (DStv 402) breakfast show team was forced to flee and to do their Sunrise show from the main news news desk after a broken pipe flooded the Sky News studio on Sunday night.

On Monday morning Sunrise anchor Eamonn Holmes and the team were relocated to the more formal Sky News anchor desk instead of the usually more informal Sunrise corner following a water pipe which burst and flooded the Sky News studio on Sunday night.

The broken water pipe caused a lot of damage to the Sky News studio according to Eamonn Holmes.
