MultiChoice is set to add the first new TV channel for South African viewers in 2015.
MultiChoice will add the entertainment channel on DStv on channel 166, in between EbonyLife on DStv 165 and Glow on DStv 167.
The exact starting date the new TV channel will go live is not known, it should be between the end of January 2015 and early February.
Asked if MultiChoice can confirm that a new TV channel will be launching early 2015 the satellite pay-TV platform is only willing tosay that "when we have news to share about new channels or new services we will make the necessary announcements".
