Giuliana Rancic, E! News and Fashion Police presenter on E! Entertainment (DStv 124), has breast cancer.
Giuliana Rancic just told America's People magazine that she has breast cancer, with a tumor that was discovered during a mammogram while she underwent yet another round of in-vitro fertilization in an effort to get pregnant with her husband Bill Rancic. This was their 3rd in-vitro fertilization try.
According to the entertainment magazine, Giuliana Rancic will be undergoing surgery this week and then have 6 weeks of radiation therapy. ''The prognosis is good,'' she said.
''The best thing about Bill is he lets me cry when I want to cry,'' she said.
E! Entertainment didn't immediately respond to enquiries made regarding how Giuliana Rancic's cancer news will be affecting her presenting duties on the daily E! News as well as Fashion Police and how long she will be presumably off air.
