Expresso is shaping up for summer. SABC3's live weekday morning lifestyle show Expresso between 05:30 and 08:00 is getting ready to help viewers get beach beautiful bods with Sarah Maxwell.
The breakfast show is working with the British model, lifestyle and fitness consultant who will be appearing over the next few months wih lifestyle, fitness and health advice.
Meanwhile Expresso is also putting the spotlight on South Africa's small towns where wonderful weekend getaways are possible and the great small town South Africa holidays that's possible without breaking the bank.
''We're going to explore South Africa's hidden gems and small town wonders,'' says Expresso.
