Dalen Lance will be the presenter of e.tv's new reality show Step Up or Step Out looking for the best South African dance crew. He was previously the presenter of M-Net's reality show High School Musical: Spotlight South Africa that became mired in controversy in 2008. Step Up or Step Out starts on e.tv on Sunday 8 May at 18:05 and is produced by Endemol SA.
e.tv has also announced the specifics of the 3 auditions dates and venues for dance crews to enter Step Up or Step Out. Registration for all of these auditions start at 08:00:
The first nationwide audition will take place this coming weekend in Johannesburg on 2 and 3 April at the Park Station Blue Room at the cnr of Rissik and Plein Street in Braamfontein.
Step Up or Step Out's Cape Town audition will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 9 and 10 April at Theatre in the District, 106 Chapel Street, District 6.
The Durban Step Up or Step Out audition will take place on Saturday and Sunday 16 and 17 April at the Durban Natural Science Museum's Research Centre at 151 KE Masinga Road (cnr. Of Wyatt Road).
