I broke the news RIGHT HERE in February about e.tv wanting to do a brand-new reality show called Step Up or Step Out about dance crews competing and the free-to-air commercial broadcaster just confirmed it.
Exactly as I revealed, Step Up Or Step Out will start on Sunday 8 May at 18:05, with a behind-the-scenes second weekly episode starting Tuesday 10 May at 20:30. Step Up or Step Out, produced by Endemol SA, will follow 8 dance crews competing for a prize.
Step Up Or Step Out will have a presenter as well as judges, although none have been signed yet.

''Step Up Or Step Out gives any South African dance crew a chance to show off their dancing talent, from hip hop, popping, to freestyle and more. e.tv and Endemol SA will be travelling to Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg to find the best South African street dance talent.''

Dance crew members who are 18 years and older can enter for Step Up Or Step Out on the following dates: Johannesburg (Saturday and Sunday 2 & 3 April), Cape Town (Saturday and Sunday 9 & 10 April), Durban (Saturday and Sunday 16 & 17 April). The specific venues will be announced soon.
