Oprah Winfrey plans to take over the Sydney Opera House on December 13 and turn it into the ''Sydney Oprah House'' when the talk show host - who's 25th and final talk show season that just kicked off yesterday in America - will record two episodes from there in front of a studio audience of 3 000 people.

The Sydney Morning Herald was first to report that Oprah Winfrey and the 300 audience members of her final season premiere show - who she surprised with the news yesterday that they're all flying to Australia for an eight day visit - will form part of a massive Oprah Show of 3 000 people in December.

It will be the first time that Oprah Winfrey will record a show with a studio audience outside of America for The Oprah Winfrey Show. ''Happiness is having something to look forward to and we could not be looking more forward to our coming Down Under,'' she said in a personal message to Australia.
