I can be first to tell you that 13 people have made it through the Bloemfontein auditions round to the theatre round of M-Net's Idols that will return in July for a sixth season.
Bloemfontein's 13 is the same number as the previous weekend's 13 contests in Port Elizabeth who secured a place for themselves in Idols. My number crunching is first and here's the latest and most comprehensive stats for the sixth season of Idols so far.
People going through to the theatre round that will be held at Sun City this year:

I can tell you that 5 394 people entered the sixth season of Idols on M-Net - more than 2 000 people more than last year's entries.''We're going to be tough in the next round at Sun City,'' warns Idols judge Mara Louw. "We're not interested in hearing heartwarming stories. We just want people who can perform when the pressure is on. Because the pressure only gets worse once you're a professional performer.''
