SABC2 will still have to confirm the news, but Lynette Francis from Cape Town who has been with the SABC for a while after a stint in the publishing world, is replacing Freek in the Sunday evening half hour actuality show. Freek and Lynette will do a couple of shows together on-air before she starts to fly solo from Sunday, 17 January 2010.
I broke the news HERE that Freek Robinson's last episode of Fokus will be on 10 January after which he makes the switch to kykNET (DStv 111) for a new live weekly actuality show, Robinson Regstreeks.
