The drama series The Blacklist, seen on M-Net (DStv 101) in South Africa and Africa, has been renewed for a 7th season in the United States by the NBC network. An episode order wasn't announced.

The Blacklist is a co-production between Davis Entertainment in association with Sony Television and Universal Television, executive produced by Jon Bokenkamp, John Eisendrath and John Davis.

The Blacklist revolves around Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) working with the FBI to capture other fugitives with Megan Boone as Liz.

James Spader, Megan Boone, Diego Klattenhoff and Harry Lennix will all return for a 7th season.

"Congratulations to our amazing producers, cast and crew, all of whom continue to work at the top of their game and make The Blacklist one of NBC's signature series," says Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta, co-presidents of scripted programming at NBC, in a statement.
