The SABC's most-watched TV channel is introducing a new programming line-up and content following the 2018 FIFA World Cup, with some new SABC1 drama and reality shows, new seasons of local series, and some scheduling changes like a dedicated Sunday night local drama miniseries slot.
"We will be introducing a slate of brand-new shows, new seasons, as well as revamped popular shows," says Clara Nzima, SABC1 channel head. "We are very excited with our innovative Sunday drama slate and feel confident that the new offering is nothing like what audiences have seen before. The channel is also upping the ante on the entertainment side with new shows, new presenters and revamped popular titles."
