Disney commissions new animation series, T.O.T.S., for Disney Junior in 2019 about a penguin and flamingo delivering baby animals.

Disney has commissioned a new animation series for preschool viewers, T.O.T.S., to start on Disney Junior (DStv 309) in 2019.

TOTS aimed at kids between 2 and 7, was created by Travis Braun who is also the executive producer of the series, and follows the adventures of best friends Pip and Freddy - a tenacious penguin and a kind-hearted flamingo.

These two are the only non-stork delivery birds in-training at Tiny Ones Transfer Service (T.O.T.S.).

These junior flyers have to take care of transferring all kinds of baby animals – from kittens, cubs, calves and bunnies to puppies and joeys – from the nursery to their families around the world.

Together they learn how to care for the babies and use creative thinking to solve all kinds of problems.

"Travis has created an imaginative and funny series that features all of the heart and relatable stories that Disney Junior is known for, while also encouraging young viewers to follow their high-flying dreams and recognize that, through teamwork and persistence, anything is possible," says Joe D’Ambrosia, the senior vice president for original programming for Disney Junior in a statement.
