Escape Club is a new reality series that will start on E! Entertainment (DStv 124) on 22 June at 22:00 (South African time) as twelve 20-somethings get to go to paradise - with a twist.

Escape Club, produced by Shed Media, is a cross between The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad and Temptation Island.

In Escape Club twelve American leave for the luxurious beaches of Punta Cana where they plot and scheme and compete in challenges, trying to not to be the one sent back home.

The reali-trash contestants include a male stripper, a Las Vegas cocktail waitress, a waiter, a nursing assistant, a model (obviously!), a personal trainer (of course!), a former American football player, a fashion designer and a few others.

Escape Club starts on 8 June on E! Entertainment in America, so South African viewers will see the hour long episodes broadcast in South Africa and Africa just two weeks later.

The contestants don't know it, but now you will: one will be voted out each week. Oh and someone new will show up - from their past and lives back home: fiends, family, exes, crushes, enemies - even first loves.

Get ready for sexy, slutty dramatics, unexpected twists, voyeuristic fights, tears and lots of steamy hook-ups as viewers get to see just how far a bunch of people will go to keep their place in paradise.
