BREAKING. Terry Tselane set to become the new CEO of the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF), taking over from Karen Son.
You're reading it here first.
I'm told that Terry Tselane, is to be the new CEO of the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF), replacing
Terry Tselane has been, and currently still is, the CEO of the Gauteng Film Commission (GFC). He will, according to what's reaching my ears, take over from Karen Son as the NFVF's new CEO.
In September I broke the news RIGHT HERE that Karen Son is inexplicably gone as CEO of the NFVF, mere months after the NFVF announced Karen Son's appointment in February this year as the new CEO. The NFVF then didn't reply to media enquiries.
Karen Son of course took over from Eddie Mbalo, but barely served a few months before the board of the NFVF decided they want a new CEO.
The NFVF, asked about Terry Tselane, tells me ''the CEO position was advertised in September. No appointment has been made as yet, however the NFVF will announce the news on its website, newsletter and through press releases as soon as information is available.''
