SHOCKER! Justice Ndaba who the SABC fronted as its acting head of human capital services, is in fact an expensive private consultant!

Beyond shocking! After trotting Justice Ndaba out on television, after introducing him to members of parliament and having Justice Ndaba talk and present in parliament on several occasions, the SABC now says the public broadcaster's acting goup head of human capital services is not an SABC employee and in fact a private consultant paid hundreds of thousands of rand, which the SABC didn't end up hiring because of a bad record!

Dr Ben Ngubane, SABC chairperson told a shocked and completely stunned portfolio committee on communications that the SABC planned to hire Justice Ndaba, but didn't. ''He was the best of the candidates. But when we came to preparing for the interviews it came out that there's judgments against him," said dr Ben Ngubane.

The SABC also paid for studies that Justice Ndaba undertook - which included international travelling - that Justice Ndaba never completed. Eric Kholwane, chairperson of the portfolio committee was furious and wanted to know from the SABC how the broadcaster could finance the studies of what turns out to actually be a private consultant.
