BREAKING. Entries open to enter for MasterChef SA on 24 October; entry forms will be available for free on the M-Net website.

Entries will open for MasterChef SA on 24 October looking for contestants for the first local season of MasterChef South Africa on M-Net.

Potential South African contestants who would want to enter MasterChef SA will be able to get the entry form for free on the M-Net website from 24 October the pay broadcaster tells me, and would also be able to collect entry forms from the M-Net office in Randburg. People who want to enter MasterChef South Africa on M-Net won't have to pay, and won't be forced to first buy something to be able to enter.

In a publicity note late on Friday M-Net said ''Keep an eye on M-Net, the M-Net website  ... to find out how to enter'' and said that 24 October is the date that entries open for MasterChef SA.

I immediately enquired further and M-Net told me potential contestants would be able to get the entry form for free online on the M-Net website from this date. Physical entry forms can also be picked up from M-Net in Randburg from this date.
