Is M-Net being held back from launching its digital terrestrial television (DTT) offering?
That is what parliament has been told, and now they want to know why. The portfolio committee on communications said they were told by M-Net that the department of communications is ''holding M-Net back from launching DTT''. The committee asked the department of communications why this is the case.
''We are not aware that we're holding M-Net back,'' the department told the committee.
