Phaksy Mngomezulu just got the boot as the 9th most popular contestant and next least liked contestant the 7th season of Idols on M-Net.
Lefa Pike was placed 7th, Erin Fourie was placed 8th, and Phaksy Mngomezulu was placed 9th in the latest vote count and he got booted from the show. The judges unanimously decided not to use their one ''save'' to keep him on the show.
''Phaksy, you;ve been a great addition to the show,'' said Idols judge Randall Abrahams. ''We really enjoyed having you here, but unfortunately we're not going to exercise our save tonight. Thank you,'' he said.
''Phaksy unfortunately that means it's the end of the road,'' said Idols presenter ProVerb. ''But you can be very proud of yourself my brother. You've beaten so many to make it so far.''
