The news that Peter Harris has resigned as a SABC board member will be sending renewed shockwaves through not only the SABC but also the South African TV industry who have been under the impression that there's been some sense of normalcy that's settled within the SABC's top executive ranks after extremely acrimonious infighting the past two years.
Peter Harris was confirmed as a SABC board member in September 2009. The SABC confirmed to me that the broadcaster did receive the resignation letter of Peter Harris yesterday.
