The first promotional photo is out for Nonhle Thema's new reality show Nonhle Goes to Hollywood (originally titled Nonhle takes Hollywood) on Vuzu (DStv 123).
In the oh-so-dramatic visual vérité Nonhle Thema, sitting on a purple dais with crouching leopard (hidden danger) in the foreground, is served sparking wine by a half naked man. She is also sprinkled with flower petals by another off-camera assistant just like Mariah Carey's ''mist-er'' who had to ''kssst, kssst'' her cleavage for photo shoots but were not allowed to look her in the eye.
Nonhle Thema's visage looks Botoxed in the publicity photo that arrived a mere two days before the show's already adjusted later starting date. Orchids, roses and dramatically draped things embue the picture.
''In this show Nonhle Thema takes us through the ups and downs of the cut-throat business of television,'' says Mohube Rapodile, Vuzu's supervising producer, ''revealing the raw truth to viewers that Hollywood is not as glamorous as most people perceive it to be.''
