The disastrous double debit order run made on bank accounts by TopTV affect 1 500 current and former TopTV subscribers who had money taken out of their accounts erroneously and ''heads might roll''.
''Our finance team is reimbursing the debited amounts immediately and as quickly as possible. For some it might take 24 to 48 hours before the money reflect back in their bank accounts,'' says a TopTV spokesperson who attributed the mistake to human error in TopTV's billing department.
