Sky News (DStv 402) just told me that Nazaneen Ghaffar will be joining the British 24 hour news channel as its new weather presenter.
Nazaneen Ghaffar will start doing weather reports on Sky News from this Monday, November 8 on Sky News' 14 metre long weather wall during the morning news show Sunrise. Nazaneen Ghaffar joins the existing weather presenting team and will do the weather on weekdays and weekend mornings.
''I can't wait to join the team,'' says Nazaneen Ghaffar in a just-issued press release. ''I'm fanatical about news, weather and fashion – so being signed up as a weather presenter to join Eamonn Holmes' Sunrise programme on Sky News is pretty much a dream job.''
