Survivor SA Santa Carolina: 10 questions with Ashley Hayden.
When Survivor SA Santa Carolina on Wednesdays on M-Net at 19:30 started, I asked all the contestants the same 10 questions - from their best physical assets, their swimwear, who'd they want to have on the island with them, and even if sand got into places it shouldn't have!
Now that viewers have come to know the various Survivor SA Santa Carolina celebitants better, I will start to roll out their exclusive 10 questions-answers, day by day, right here.
First up is M-Net voice, Ashley Hayden.

1. If you have to describe Survivor SA Santa Carolina in terms of the crowd, would you describe it as kindergarden, primary school or high school - and why?
I would say it's pretty much like high school - we're clever enough to try and behave like adults, even though we dont always manage to crack it!
2. Did sand get into a place where it irritated you and what was it?
Sand in my hair was the most annoying, gritty and nasty and mixed inwith grubby hair secretions. Yuk!
3. Choose one word to describe Survivor SA Santa Carolina to tell viewers why they have to make sure they don't miss a moment.
Ruthless.
4. What will viewers NOT know about the swimwear that they will get to see you in?
My bikini top clip broke of the day that Cindy left the island - fortunately Cindy had left her bikini hanging to dry at camp before we set off for tribal council that night, so I wore that for the rest of the time I was on Santa Carolina.
5. If you could have chosen, what local celebrity would you have wanted to be a part of Survivor SA Santa Carolina with you?
I would have loved Ed Jordan to be with us - he is fun and up beat and would have serenaded us around the camp fire!
6. The first thought right after I heard I'm definitely going to be on Survivor SA Santa Carolina, was . . .
Damn - I was hoping they wouldn't accept me! Then . . .what about my children?
7. What do you consider to be your best physical asset - and what do you think you bring in terms of brains?
Strong arms. In terms of brains - smart enough to not piss people on the island off, sussed enough to figure out what they are thinking and play them so they don tknow what my ultimate game plan is.
8. On a more serious note, is there something in real-life that you feel you have conquered and ''survived'' before doing Survivor SA Santa Carolina?
Nothing compares to the experience on the island in terms of strength of character needed, although raising kids comes close in terms of the deviousness needed to manipulate them into doing what you need them to do!
9. What and whom did you miss the most while you played the game and why?
I missed my family and friends - the emotional isolation was appalling because there was no-one you could truly confide in, and share your stuff.
10. What is a new life lesson/motto that you've come away from the island with, something general that you've learned about life/people?
That I have an amazing wonderful priveleged life, and that I'm incredibly lucky for all that I have. Also that I'm capable of achieving much much more than I ever thought i could.
