The comedian and DiepCity actress Lebohang Mpyana has died after a short illness. She was 34.
The cause of death of Lebohang Mpyana, known as Lettie, isn't yet known but family spokesperson T. Mpyana in a statement on social media said that "It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our daughter, Lebohang Mpyana".

Born in Limpopo, the comedian portrayed the role of Khelina in the drama series DiepCity on Mzansi Magic (DStv 161) and was known for her comedy videos on social media she did in her Sepedi home language.
Prior to her DiepCity role, Lebohang Pmyana also appeared in Mathata Ke Eng on Moja Love (DStv 157).
