Animal Planet (DStv 264) is expanding its search for the legendary Bigfoot creature with the show Finding Bigfoot which will now be travelling worldwide looking for the "sasquatch" phenomenon - from "yowies" in Australia as its known there to the "orang-pendek" of Indonesia.
Legensds of bigfoot-type primates persis in cultures across the globe and Animal Planet will attempt to capture proof of these elusive Australian and Indonesian creatures as the production team immerse themselves in local yoqie and orang-pendek culture and lore.
Bigfoot Field Research Organisation (BFRO) president Matt Moneymaker, researchers James "Bobo" Fay and Cliff Barackman and the sceptical scientist Ranae Holland will expand their search beyond North America in the second season of Finding Bigfoot.
