I was lunching on the mezzanine level at the Southern Sun's Cullinan Hotel last week when I spotted e.tv's group CEO Marcel Golding munching as he huddled with several executives very close by.
Of course e.tv was having a conference room all for itself as the free-to-air commercial broadcaster was talking biz. I was there for another broadcaster.
I'm wondering whether Marcel Golding even noticed the gaggle of press as he passed towards the lunch time buffet.
I didn't snoop, I was much more focused on my salad; but boy the things you hear involuntarily from the tables around you when you're just sitting down to have lunch.
