New reality show Flip It Like Disick on E! a ratings disaster; Scott Disick 'devasted' he's not as popular on his own as the Kardashian brand.

The new reality show Flip It Like Disick that just started on E! (DStv 124) on 4 August in the United States and on 11 August on the E! feed for South Africa and Africa, has tanked in the ratings, with reality star Scott Disick (36) reportedly "devastated" that on his own he's not as popular as the Kardashian family of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

While the ratings for Keeping Up with the Kardashians has been falling, the show is much more popular than Flip It Like Disick that has been basement-level since its debut, ranking number 63 out of 150 pay-TV series viewership wise on television in America.

Scott Disick gained fame as an American reality TV star through his on-and-off relationship with Kourtney Kardashian and his alcohol and drinking problems.

In Flip It like Disick viewers are shown "the lavish personal and professional world of Scott Disick, as he tackles his most extravagant endeavour yet: high-end home flipping and remodelling". Unfortunately, Scott Disick and what he's doing isn't what pay-TV subscribers want to see.

Only 455 000 people tuned in to watch Flip It Like Disick in the United States, a disappointing rating considering what Keeping Up with the Kardashians clock up in viewership.

RadarOnline reported that Scott Disick is very aware of his very much aware of his paltry and disappointing ratings, with insiders saying that Scott is "devastated" and "just extremely upset about this" since "anyone who knows Scott knows that he put his entire heart and soul into the project".

"It just goes to show that without the Kardashian women, Scott is nothing," said an insider source.
