SABC's Ayanda-Allie Paine dumps SABC News and SABC2's Morning Live for new morning radio co-anchoring job at Power FM from 29 February.


The SABC's Ayanda-Allie Paine has dumped the public broadcaster and is leaving SABC News and SABC2's morning breakfast show Morning Live at the end of the month to join the Power FM radio station.

Ayanda-Allie Paine who joined the SABC from eNCA (DStv 403), leaves Morning Live and the SABC two and a half years after she suddenly left eNCA for the SABC.

"Morning Live, SABC has been a tremendous blessing in my life, it has opened many amazing doors for which I am incredibly thankful," says Ayanda-Allie Paine who recently was given the presenting job of the prime time talk show Visionaries' Lounge on SABC2 in late 2015.

Ayanda-Allie Paine will co-anchor "Power Breakfast" between 06:00 and 09:00 on weekdays from 29 February on PowerFM with Lawrence Tlhabane.
